This service entails many of the other services we offer rolled up into one.  The first step is completing our questionnaire. Then, based on your responses, we can provide you with a price quote for services. 

We will usually perform a 1-2 day site visit in which we will perform interviews with staff and observe clinic operations. Next you will be in contact with us as we work with you and your staff to implement and maintain changes or enhancements to processes.  The end result is a formal presentation of findings and recommendations and an implementation plan.
